Humberto Garcia de Alba Carrillo is the Chief Executive Officer of BBVA Global Wealth Advisors Inc. Based in Miami and appointed in March 2025, he leads the firm's strategic direction, delivering premier advisory services tailored to Private Banking and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients from Latin America.

​Prior to his current role, Humberto served as the Head of Global Wealth for BBVA in Madrid, where he spearheaded the overarching strategy and business development of the Wealth units across all Private Banking units at BBVA. His extensive leadership experience within the organization also includes his tenure as Chief Investment Strategist for Private Banking and UHNWI at BBVA Mexico.

​A CFA® charterholder, Humberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering. Leveraging this robust academic foundation alongside his background as a university finance professor, he has spent his career architecting global business models and standardized private banking frameworks that drive large-scale institutional growth. 

Today, he channels this extensive strategic expertise from the helm of BBVA GWA to advance the wealth objectives of international clients and consolidate the firm's cross-border leadership.

Yolanda Hurtado is Talent & Culture Lead at BBVA Global Wealth Advisors, where she has played a central role in building the firm’s team and culture in the U.S. She has led the recruitment and hiring of every employee in the office and has been instrumental in establishing the people programs and HR foundation that support the organization’s continued growth. With more than two decades of HR experience, Yolanda brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, global mobility, employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic business partnership. She is passionate about building strong teams and helping organizations grow through people.

Giovanni Corrado is a dedicated financial regulation leader with extensive experience in the design and management of robust compliance programs for retail and institutional investment advisers. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Regulation from Harvard University and specializes in regulatory technology (RegTech) and the implementation of AML/KYC requirements. Giovanni’s leadership aims to ensure institutional resilience, providing the transparency and security necessary for international investors to move forward with confidence.

Victor Piña Piñero brings 30 years of financial industry expertise to his role as Chief Investments Officer for BBVA GWA. Actuary by profession with several postgraduate degrees from ITAM, Victor leads the Investment Advisory Unit in the U.S., where he shapes wealth management strategies designed to meet the evolving needs of international clients. His deep expertise in Private Banking and asset management is dedicated to fueling client projects through personalized, evidence-based investment solutions.

Alejandro Trejo is a distinguished wealth management leader with over 35 years of experience, including two decades dedicated to managing international banking for ultra-high-net-worth clients in the U.S. Throughout his tenure at BBVA, Alejandro has led premier private banking teams and directed regional sales strategies. His approach is rooted in a commitment to truly understanding client life projects, serving as a facilitator for market expansion and high-impact wealth preservation.

Esteban A. Parra Fernández serves as the Engineering Lead (CTO), directing the firm’s technological strategy and digital transformation. A Communications and Electronics Engineer with executive training from IPADE, Esteban blends technical precision with a vision for financial innovation. Having previously directed critical infrastructure at BBVA, he holds a Master’s in Risk Management, ensuring that technology serves as a secure engine for growth. Under his leadership, our digital platforms are designed to provide a transparent and efficient experience for the modern global investor.

Isabel Pérez Fernández is a finance professional at BBVA with extensive experience in international reporting, financial analysis, and multi-country project execution. Holding an MBA from CUNEF, she has developed a strong background in corporate finance, due diligence, and strategic financial management across diverse global markets.

Throughout her career, Isabel has worked on complex international initiatives, helping organizations navigate financial structures, reporting frameworks, and cross-border operations with clarity and precision. Her expertise combines analytical depth with a practical understanding of how finance supports long-term business growth and institutional stability.
